And tonight you all looked stunning! 

I’ve been dreaming of hosting this fish collar dinner

Ever since I set foot in this store

I wanted to share my favorite part of the fish

With the people that I adore!

Let’s hope the glass table has stayed where it was

A top these piles of books

Chop sticks clinking, mouths were chomping

You all came with eager looks

My knees fell weak as I chopped fresh scallions

With each soft knock at my door

Life filled my living room, laughs were my dinner

As you all ate my fish collar galore 

I hope that your bodies are nourished

I hope that your souls are fed

I thank you all so much for coming
