Tasting Menu

A true sense of the word

I combined the menu and food to create the ultimate "tasting menu".

This is to be served closed as the first tasting course. Guests are able to read the descriptions as they try the different crisps and chips.



Laser cut the pop up book. Etched lines used as guides of where I should fold.

Baked six different kinds of crisps and chips.

I made the glass potato chip out of water and potato starch. I baked it in the oven at 400 F, and it came out translucent.
